Patient feedback/complain
We care about the quality of service we provide to our patients to keep our standards high. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please discuss them with reception, your doctor. Alternatively, you may complete suggestion form available in the waiting room and place it in the box provided in the waiting room for anonymous suggestions/comments. If you feel your complaint was not dealt with appropriately, you may contact the Health Services Commission on (03) 8601 5222 or by mail at Level 30, 570 Bourke Street Melbourne 3000
Please do not email messages related to health concerns, personal information, prescriptions, referrals or letters.
Please contact our Reception staff via telephone for all appointment requests, or alternatively book an appointment using online booking. General enquiries sent to our practice emails will be routinely viewed within two working days.
We are unable to send private health information regarding our patients via email due to National Privacy Principles and the possible risks associated with email security.

Parking
There are ample car parking spaces directly in front of the clinic, or cross road at Hamilton shopping centre area.
Public transport
Mount Waverley train station(Glen Waverley line) is only 300M away, Bus No623 and 733 stops only cross the road from the clinic.
