Please notify reception at least 2 hours before your appointment time, if you wish to cancel your appointment. Fail to attend your appointment without adequate explanation, a fee may apply.

Our practice uses an SMS system for results recalls, appointment reminders as well as for other types of health reminders, eg. Cervical cancer screening test, immunisations etc. Please advise the reception staff if you do not want to receive SMS.

If it is an emergency, the Monash Medical Centre is located at 246 Clayton Road,
Clayton 3168 (phone: 9594 3368) or the Box Hill Hospital is located at Nelson Road,
Box Hill (Phone: 9895 3333). They both provide 24 hour emergency service.
