2024 Billing policy

effective 15/01/2024

Due to chronic under-funding from Medicare and increasing running cost, we generally don’t offer Bulk Billing General Consultations( including Teleconsults) for all existing and new patients in 2024, including Children under 16YO or concession card holders  , each general consultation visit will cost  approximal $50.00 out of pocket fee.

The standard/short consultation fee is $92.00, with Medicare rebate $41.20

The Long consultation fee is $132.00, with Medicare rebate $80.10

For Children under 16YO, or concession card holders, we will offer $10.00 discount of the fee ( $40.00 out of pocket )

We only Bulk Bill immunizations under National immunization Program including Childhood and Adulthood immunization , and Covid vaccination.

Special pre-payment plan:

For our regular patients who visited the clinic multiple times in last few years, or new patients at Clinic’s or Doctor’s discretion , we will offer a special lump sum pre-payment plan ( 4 x out of pocket fee i.e. $200), which means all your general consultations from 5th onwards will be Bulk Billed(Mon-Fri) for 2024 calendar year . Should you visit the clinic less than 4 times by the end of 2024, we will refund the extra fee or rollover next year. We will offer 10% discount if you chose to pay family’s fee together.

For patients who are children(under 16YO) or concession card holders, we will offer 2 x out of pocket fee ($100.00) plan.

The above plan only apply to General Consultations (Mon-Fri), Weekend General Consultations will not be Bulk Billed for anyone. It also does not include : surgery, wound dressing, Mental health care plan, work cover, driving license assessment … etc. Please make an enquiry to the receptionist  for details.
